Data Preparation Costs
CCR incurs costs for data preparation based on the scope of each data request. These costs are listed below. Please note that costs are subject to change based on project needs or if additional staff time is required. Requests for additional data may result in additional charges.
- Case listing cost: $1,000
- Case listing for patient contact study: $1,000
- Repeated data linkage cost adjustment: The basic data linkage costs listed below are reduced by 20% for repeated linkage

| More than 1,000,000 records | $15,000 |
Costs for Multi-Year Linkage (i.e., with OSHPD, birth, and death files)

| Fewer than 10,000 records | $3,000 + 20% ($600) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |
| 10,000 – 49,999 records | $4,500 + 20% ($900) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |
| 50,000 – 99,999 records | $6,000 + 20% ($1,200) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |
| 100,000 – 249,999 records | $7,000 + 20% ($1,400) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |
| 250,000 – 499,999 records | $8,500 + 20% ($1,700) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |
| 500,000 – 999,999 records | $10,000 + 20% ($2,000) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |
| More than 1,000,000 records | $15,000 + 20% ($3,000) for each 5 years of non-CCR data |

Please Note:
CCR staff strives to deliver data within 8-10 weeks from the time of formal approval. However, data processing time is dependent upon available CCR resources and complexity of your project.
